Job Summary
Lab Technician compression engineering
as / bs degree in mechanical / electrical / electronics with 2 years experience in hvac / air conditioning / refrigeration systems
experience with labview prefered and universal epa section 608 certification prefered
knowledge of industrial wiring hydronic ac motors and controls
experience with single / three phase electrical power systems vfds / plcs / pid controls / lab instrumentation and electrical test equipment
Set up operate and maintaine compressor performance and test stands ranging 1 to 1500 tons in an R&D laboratory
Performed handson mechanical and electrical work
ability to braze large piping and use overhead cranes and rigging equipment for test setups
ability to operate pivs including forklifts
proficient pc skills including Microsoft office
