Laboratory Technician

1st Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm

This is an entry level position in a Manufacturing group that is responsible for producing reagents for in-vitrodiagnostic assays. Candidates with limited laboratory experience will be considered. Applicants with industrialexperience and knowledge of GMP/ISO will be preferred. Local candidates are successfulcandidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in time management possess well developed interpersonal skills demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and exhibit attention to detail.
$22.00/hour

- Supports production operations with routine stocking cleaning of manufacturing areas other lab support duties.
- Low complexity manufacturing operations and equipment support (column maintenance equipmentmaintenance and/or cleaning).
- Glassware washing.
- Material inventory monitoring support.
- Collaborating with laboratory biochemiststo order required buffers to meet weekly schedule.
- Support Buffermanufacturing lab as needed.
- 5S audits of laboratoriesfor adherence to cleanliness maintenanceand organization expectations.
