We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Lab Scientist to join our Technical Operations team. This onsite role will support analytical chemistry laboratory testing and facility activities including instrumentation operation sample management controlled documentation and laboratory maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical chemistry expertise handson experience with laboratory instrumentation and a commitment to data integrity safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Laboratory
Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation (HPLC LCMS GC spectroscopy Karl Fischer titration).
Perform routine analyses method development and validation activities.
Troubleshoot instrument and laboratory issues; coordinate maintenance as needed.
Documentation & Quality Systems
Draft review and maintain controlled documents (SOPs analytical methods forms work instructions).
Ensure accurate compliant documentation aligned with quality standards.
Manage laboratory record retention filing storage and archival activities.
Laboratory Operations
Coordinate laboratory logistics to support testing schedules and project timelines.
Follow and promote laboratory safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
3-5 years of laboratory or technical operations experience in an analytical environment.
Handson experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation (HPLC LCMS GC spectroscopy Karl Fischer titration).
Strong knowledge of laboratory documentation practices and controlleddocument management.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in a scientific discipline.
Experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology or regulated laboratory environments.
Handson LCMS experience.
Knowledge of GMP and data integrity principles.
Experience authoring and maintaining SOPs and quality records.
