Job Summary
- Support study start-up activities by attending meetings preparing meeting minutes and action logs and creating protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
- Assist with protocol-specific laboratory setup activities including centralized monitoring requirements under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Perform routine study maintenance tasks such as site loading Investigator Portal access support kit shipment coordination and day-to-day study monitoring
- Track study performance using reports monitoring tools and outputs to identify trends and provide feedback to internal and external teams
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders customers and external teams to resolve queries protocol questions issues and escalations in a timely manner
- Support administrative project tasks and lead customer communication activities when the Project Manager is absent
- Contribute to study close-out activities and help ensure project outputs meet organizational protocol-specific and customer requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in life sciences or related field preferred
- 1 years relevant experience (Clinical Medical or Healthcare industry preferred)
- Computer proficiency in word processing presentation and spreadsheet applications
- Experience using status reports monitoring tools and study support systems to track study performance and support laboratory centralized monitoring
- Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and use resources effectively
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers managers customers and external stakeholders
- Ability to follow applicable standards procedures and good practices while delivering high-quality outputs

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $44500.00 - $92600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.About Company
