Job Summary
Safety-Kleenlocated inFallon NVis currently seeking aLab Chemist - Swing Shift. The lab technician is responsible for the routine analysis of samples to determine their chemical and physical properties.
Pay Rate:$26-30hr DOE.
Schedule: Two shifts available. Day M-F 8am-4:30pm and Swing shift 1:30pm to 10pm.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Performs basic analysis of samples following prescribed procedures.
- Utilizes basic instrumentation.
- Completes all paperwork associated with the analysis in a neat and timely fashion.
- Ensures that all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines.
- Performs cleaning and general housekeeping of work area.
What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- BS in Chemistry or related science preferred.
- 3 years of previous lab technician experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Experience with utilizing computer software preferred.
