Job Summary
- Obtain all required documents and verify the revision level of each.
- Obtain the approved sample and verify its revision level.
- Comply with ESD guidelines and regulations.
- Verify part numbers against the documentation provided and ensure that the correct number of components was received.
- Read and understand all instructions following the work sequence shown on the documentation.
- Perform the first piece in-process sampling and final inspections following established procedures.
- Meet production goals while following quality standards.
- Verify complete and sign the required documentation provided on the tablet.
- Fill out the sampling inspection form in accordance with models classification.
- Recognize the difference between acceptable and non-acceptable results and units.
- Understand and follow all relevant written and verbal instructions in the models documentation.
- Report any non-conformities to the Group Supervisor or Assistant Group Leader.
- Minimum High School Diploma GED or international equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to read write and orally communicate in English and have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to understand both verbal and written instructions including the documentation for various models.
- Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with the ISHIRA test for color blindness.
- Basic Computer skills and understanding of the MS Office Suite.
- Must have basic operational knowledge of how to use the equipment within the department.
- Good manual dexterity and eye coordination.
- Ability to see fine detail through a microscope.
