Position Title:KVCC Enrollment Navigator

Salary Range: Salary and benefitscommensuratewith the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Administrators Unit. Currently pending classification the position expects to pay in the vicinity of $36672.06 - $46455.08.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with 2-3 years of office experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a frontline representative for the Enrollment Services Center.
• Provide guidance regarding admissions transcripts residency requirements

registration onboarding and financial aid processes.

• Assist students in navigating enrollment systems and troubleshooting account or

registration issues.

• Deliver responsive support through in-person phone email chat and text

communication.

• Triage student concerns and connect students with appropriate campus

departments and resources.

• Maintain accurate student records within the Student Information System (SIS).
• Collaborate with Admissions Advising Financial Aid and Registrar staff to

support seamless student experiences.

• Ensure compliance with FERPA regulations and institutional policies.
