Position Title: KVCC Assistant Dean of Enrollment

Bargaining Unit/Salary Level: Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Administrators Unit as a Level 5. Salary range is $60776.11 to 79299.06.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Higher Education Administration Marketing Communications Student Affairs or a related field; 3 years of experience in admissions enrollment management recruitment student services or a related field.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Dean of Enrollment provides strategic leadership and operational management for student recruitment admissions enrollment planning and retention initiatives. Working closely with the Dean ofEnrollment and institutional leadership this position develops and implements enrollment strategies designed to meet institutional goals for student population growth diversity academic quality and revenue objectives. The Assistant Dean oversees admissions processes recruitment efforts and fosters relationships with prospective students families schools and community partners. Finally this position will maintain a relationship with high school guidance and career and technical centers in support of dual and concurrent enrollment courses.
