The Role

As an A-Level English Teacher you will deliver English Literature and/or Language at A-Level with precision depth and genuine enthusiasm. What the School is Looking For

This permanent A-Level English Teacher position will suit candidates who:

• Hold British QTS through a UK-accredited teacher training programme
• Graduated with a 2:1 or above in English or English Literature from a reputable UK university - Russell Group or Oxbridge strongly preferred
• Have meaningful A-Level English teaching experience within a UK school or sixth form setting
• Can demonstrate strong student outcomes at A-Level and a deep genuine passion for literary and linguistic scholarship
• Are confident supporting students through competitive university applications including Oxbridge
• Are legally entitled to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available

Salary & Contract

Inner London MPS: 40317 to 52300 with UPS up to 62496. TLR opportunities available for candidates with relevant leadership or enrichment experience.
