We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage and optimize inbound and outbound warehouse operations ensuring efficiency in receiving storing picking packing and shipping processes. This role requires strong organizational skills a commitment to safety protocols and experience in inventory management and warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics inventory control order fulfillment and shipping.
- Enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends warehouse technology advancements and best practices.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is preferred.
- Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-volume warehouse environment.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred but not required.
