About the Role
Our Client is seeking a Site Operations Specialist in Queen Creek AZ. The Site Operations Specialist will supervise and coordinate on-site logistics activities focusing on daily truck deliveries team performance recordkeeping and client/vendor communication. Salary: 60K 73K
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily truck delivery schedules assignments and team performance to ensure operational execution.
- Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports including trucker activity project milestones and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries inventory and logistics activities.
- Work closely with drivers warehouse staff and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors clients and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
- Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics trucking operations cargo project management or a related field required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
