About the Role
A logistics company is hiring a Senior Business Strategy & Planning Specialist to support business planning performance analysis and budget management for its Key Account Management (KAM) organization. This role analyzes sales and business data prepares performance reports supports business plan development and provides back-office support to the Sales and Operations teams. Available across three locations: Englewood Cliffs NJ; Torrance CA; and Carson CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and prepare business performance reports.
- Support the development of business plans and monitor progress against planned goals and targets.
- Monitor and manage the KAM1 teams budget including budget planning tracking and reporting.
- Provide back-office support to the Sales and Operations teams under KAM including coordinating business-related requests and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
- Manage business schedules and meeting calendars for the KAM1 team.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in business planning logistics or a related field.
- Bachelors in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management Economics or a related field.
- Working knowledge of the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business and sales data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong reporting presentation and documentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75000 - $90000 per year based on experience qualifications and skills.
