(Korean Bilingual) Inventory Manager

Job Summary
About the Role
Our Client is a rapidly growing beauty aggregator operating a skincare brand and global beauty commerce platform. The Inventory Manager will support inventory and logistics operations related to the opening of Our Clients first U.S. flagship store in New York.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments including accurate inventory tracking and record-keeping
- Support inventory operations and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with external logistics partners and internal HQ logistics teams
- Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare inventory reports
- Monitor and manage product loss damages defects and quality-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation using POS ERP and inventory management systems
- Work flexible schedules based on business needs including early mornings weekends and holidays
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing inventory and logistics at a retail store level
- New York experience (preferred)
- Candidates with experience limited to packing or basic logistics are not suitable
- Candidates with warehouse-only experience (non-retail) are not suitable
- OSHA certification is a plus (preferred)
- Immediate availability (preferred)
- Preferred: experience in beauty retail or FMCG industries (preferred)
- Preferred: prior experience working with K-beauty brands (preferred)
- Preferred: strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach (preferred)
- Preferred: valid drivers license (preferred)
Compensation
- Annual Salary: USD(negotiable up to $90000 based on experience)
- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Work Location: 470 Broadway New York NY 10013
