Job Summary

About the Role

Our Client is seeking a Franchise Team Manager to manage U.S. franchise expansion and openings from Fullerton CA 92831. The role is responsible for establishing and managing franchise operations supporting franchise performance and coordinating communications between Korean headquarters and local operations. Working hours: 8:00 AM5:00 PM or 9:00 AM6:00 PM. Lunch break: 12:00 PM1:00 PM. Probation period: 3 months.

  • Lead U.S. franchise entry and store openings.
  • Develop and manage operations systems including operation manuals training systems quality standards and operational processes.
  • Manage supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Provide franchisee operational support and performance management.
  • Oversee brand and franchisee communications.


Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant/F&B franchise operations.
  • Understanding of franchise opening and operation processes.
  • Experience with SOPs training logistics and supply chain management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between Korean headquarters and local operations.
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States.
  • Korean and English bilingual.
  • Understanding of U.S. F&B permits and operations (preferred)


Benefits

Compensation

Salary: $90000 - $100000 per year.
