About the Role

Our Client is hiring a Dispatcher to monitor and coordinate shuttle operations in Dalton GA. Employment type: Full-time. This role requires bilingual English and Korean communication for interactions with drivers and passengers/clients.



Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor shuttle locations and schedules using GPS tracking to support on-time performance.
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide route updates and instructions.
  • Provide customer service in English and Korean for passenger/client inquiries complaints and requests.
  • Respond to disruptions (traffic breakdowns accidents) and report incidents in both English and Korean as required.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs of shuttle schedules and operational data.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Korean; capable of professional verbal and written communication in both languages (required).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to remain calm polite and clear under pressure.
  • Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and basic MS Office (Excel Word).
  • Entry-level candidates welcome.
  • 13 years of experience in dispatching logistics or customer service (preferred).
  • Prior experience in shuttle operations dealing with clients (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends or holidays (preferred).
