Job Summary

Supervise and support daily kitchen operations including food preparation production station assignments and workflow to ensure quality consistency and efficiency.

Train coach and develop kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques food handling sanitation safety procedures and company standards.

Monitor food quality inventory storage rotation and waste control to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and operational standards.

Communicate daily production needs operational concerns and performance issues to kitchen leadership while assisting in maintaining a positive and productive work
environment.

Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction. Togetherness Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)

Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions:

Ensure recipes portion standards and presentation guidelines are consistently followed.

Job Qualifications:

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Working knowledge of food preparation food safety sanitation and proper food storage procedures. Ability to train motivate and effectively communicate with team members. Must have good organizational skills even temperament and ability to work well with others.

Licenses Certifications Bonding and/or Testing Required: Serv-Safe certified.

Other Specialized Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
