Job Summary

What Youll Do

Lead train and mentor kitchen staff
Run daily BOH operations and maintain high food quality standards
Work closely with FOH leadership and Event Planners to execute events and service
Order inventory verify deliveries control waste and manage food cost
Write schedules based on business volume and labor budgets
Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
Prep cook and expedite as neededthis role is extremely hands-on
Open and close the kitchen following daily checklists
Create weekly menu features and assist with special event menus
Support guest satisfaction by solving problems quickly and professionally

What Were Looking For

5 years of high-volume kitchen experience
2 years of BOH leadership (Sous Chef Lead Line or Kitchen Manager)
ServSafe certified or able to obtain within 60 days
Strong communicator calm under pressure team-first mindset
Solid understanding of inventory ordering and kitchen organization
Must be available to work nights weekends and holidays
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
