5 years of high-volume kitchen experience 2 years of BOH leadership (Sous Chef Lead Line or Kitchen Manager) ServSafe certified or able to obtain within 60 days Strong communicator calm under pressure team-first mindset Solid understanding of inventory ordering and kitchen organization Must be available to work nights weekends and holidays Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
