As a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef you will be instrumental in overseeing daily kitchen operations ensuring that our culinary team consistently delivers high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Your leadership will play a vital role in maintaining kitchen efficiency and fostering a positive team environment. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70000 - $80000 annually along with opportunities for career advancement within our growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen staff including training performance evaluations and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Create and update menu items based on seasonal availability and guest preferences
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Maintain a safe and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards

  • Proficiency in menu planning and inventory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
