- Lead and manage all kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling and performance management.
- Ensure consistent food quality presentation and portion control.
- Maintain food safety sanitation and health department compliance.
- Manage inventory ordering and food costs.
- Develop and execute daily specials and seasonal menu offerings with the culinary team.
- Coordinate kitchen operations for weddings events banquets and restaurant service.
- Foster a positive professional and team-oriented work environment.
- Monitor labor costs and kitchen productivity.
- Assist with menu development and recipe standardization.
- Previous kitchen management or executive sous chef experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Experience with inventory management and cost controls.
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
