TheKITCHEN MANAGER / CHEFis a leadership position within our organization that provides direct support to the Managing Partner and Regional leadership in their efforts to maintain efficient restaurant Chef will direct all BOH functions and maintain a primary role in mentoring a strong BOH team ensure the highest standard in sanitary and food service compliance and deliver exceptional quality to our ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to perform a wide variety of tasks while enforcing all company policies and of our leaders are expected to lead by example promote a strong positive culture and demonstrate an eagerness to grow and develop with our necessary skills are organization communication and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Expectations/General Responsibilities:

• Able to delegate and give direction to diligently complete tasks
• Works with a sense of urgency with intent and efficient
• Strong Communication Skills; with FOH BOH and Management
• Organized with orders invoices and inventory
• Complete assigned shift duties
• Works clean and maintains a clean station/area
• Meets or exceeds industry standards for the preparation serving and storing of food
• Food Manager Protection Certification
• Comfortable holding staff to high standards and holding them accountable
• Understands and follows all recipes policies and procedures.
• Meets or exceeds industry standards for the preparation serving and storing of food.
• Makes initiative to solve problems as they come.
• Assigns cleaning Duties as needed.
• Ensure that all food preparation is completed for the next shift.
• Accurately completes the daily weekly and monthly cleaning lists
• Assists with training of all BOH personnel
• Passionate about self-development and development of others
