Specific qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment a plus
- Hands-on experience in back of house
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen a BIG advantage
- Familiarity with POS Systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (open mid close)
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual a plus
