Come and do your lifes best work with us!nnApples Facilities Caffe Maintenance Services team is seeking a dedicated and skilled Caffe Maintenance Technician to provide supplemental support for our Austin-based this critical role you will be instrumental in ensuring the operational efficiency and maximum uptime of our Caffe facilities by performing preventative and ongoing maintenance on essential mechanical electrical refrigeration and cooking systems. You will work in close coordination with the existing Apple site maintenance team responding swiftly to equipment irregularities malfunctions and emergency situations to maintain a seamless experience for our employees.n

In this role you will:nnExecute preventative maintenance activities on a diverse range of Caffe equipment to ensure longevity optimal performance and minimal disruption to business accurate and timely completion of work order requests documenting all actions essential refrigeration repairs troubleshooting and maintenance for Caffe and repair various Caffe equipment malfunctions ensuring quick and effective continuous equipment monitoring to identify potential issues before they the safe and efficient operation of Caffe facilities including all non-critical building implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other safety protocols to ensure a secure working as a vendor escort providing support and oversight for project and task-related quickly and effectively to emergency situations that could impact Caffe operations coordinating with other maintenance professionals as with all organizational and governmental standards for operations safety and environmental regulations.n

3-5 years of experience with kitchen equipment repair or appliance repairnProven experience in facilities maintenance specifically with mechanical electrical refrigeration and cooking ability to troubleshoot diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.n

5 years experience in kitchen maintenance 2 years in refrigeration maintenance universal refrigerant EPA understanding and adherence to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) to work independently and as part of a team effectively coordinating with colleagues and communication skills both verbal and written for documenting work and interacting with team proactive approach to maintenance with a focus on preventative ability to perform maintenance tasks which may include lifting bending climbing and working in various environmental conditionsnRelevant technical certifications (e.g. HVAC refrigeration electrical).nExperience in a fast-paced high-volume commercial kitchen or Caffe with building management systems (BMS) or similar monitoring platforms.
