• Able to perform remodeling tasks for kitchens and bathrooms including:
  • Cabinet installation and adjustments
  • Tile work (flooring backsplash and shower surrounds)
  • Drywall repair and finishing
  • Painting caulking and sealing
• Conduct basic electrical work (outlet/switch replacement light fixture installation undercabinet lighting)
• Install plumbing fixtures (sinks faucets toilets showers)
• Read and interpret blueprints layouts and design plans
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all projects
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and tools
• Skilled in carpentry tile setting plumbing and light electrical work
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Experience working with a remodeling or construction company
• Professional certifications or trade licenses (a plus but not required)
