Key Responsibilities

As Kitchen Manager You Will:

• Supervise Food Production: Oversee and Assist with Food Preparation Across All Stations Ensuring Quality and Adherence to Restaurant Standards.

• Maintain Kitchen Operations: Manage Inventory Ensure Proper Food Storage and Maintain a Clean and Sanitized Work Environment.

• Lead and Support Team: Supervise Kitchen Staff Assist with Training and Foster Strong Working Relationships.

• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to All Safety Sanitation and Company Policies Including Pci Compliance.

• Equipment Management: Operate and Maintain Kitchen Appliances and Report Any Maintenance Needs.

• Flexible Schedule: Be Available to Work Various Shifts Including Holidays Weekdays and Weekends As the Hotel Operates 24/7.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent (Required).

• 6 Months to a Year of Cooking and Baking Experience (Preferred).

• Knowledge of Health Sanitation and Food Preparation Standards.

• Ability to Stand/Walk for Extended Periods Lift 20-50 Pounds Frequently (up to 100 Pounds Infrequently) and Communicate Effectively.
