• Effective team lead and motivational skills demonstrate time management skills room management motivating in a positive manner
• Exceptional Customer Service skills (with parents children walk-ins responding courteously and professionally focused on building and supporting the gym)
• Basic administrative and organizational skills attentive to schedules/appointments and gym organization
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Bring energy drive and hustle to the team
• 1 year of experience working with children in an active environment (preferred but not required) types of prior experience: cheerleading dance gymnastics coaching theater lend well to training
