YSS is looking for energetic caring and dependable Kids Club Program Assistants! At Gilbert Elementary School youll help create a safe engaging and fun environment for elementary-age children before school after school and on no-school days.

For many families Kids Club is more than childcareits a place where children can learn explore build friendships and feel supported. As a Program Assistant youll help create the experiences that make that possible.

Whether youre leading a game helping with homework serving a healthy snack or simply being a positive role model youll play an important part in helping kids grow in confidence skills and connection.

What Youll Do...

• Welcome kids as they arrive and help set the tone for a great day.
• Lead games activities and adventures that spark curiosity and creativity.
• Help with homework and cheer on academic winsbig and small.
• Encourage friendships teamwork and positive social skills.
• Create moments that help kids feel seen supported and successful.
• Keep things running smoothly while balancing fun safety and structure.
• Serve snacks share laughs and celebrate everyday achievements.
• Partner with families and school staff to support each childs growth.
• Leave each day knowing youve made a difference in a childs life.

What You Absolutely Need...

• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within three months of hire.
• A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them succeed.
