The Club at Tartan Fields Dublin Ohio

The Club at Tartan Fields is seeking an energetic responsible and engaging Kids Club Attendant to provide a safe fun and welcoming environment for our members children. This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and interactive programming.

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Create a fun engaging and inclusive environment through games crafts and activities
• Check children in and out according to Club procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childs experience or any concerns
• Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards consistently
• Assist with special events family programming and seasonal activities
• Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies

• Previous childcare camp or youth program experience preferred
• Friendly energetic and patient personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage groups of children of various ages
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be dependable and professional in appearance and conduct

• Part-time position
• Evenings weekends and holidays required based on Club activity
• Flexible scheduling based on operational needs
