Kid-Friendly Housekeeper in Miami, FL

We are looking for a reliable trustworthy and experienced Housekeeperto help keep our home organized and running smoothly.

This is primarily a housekeeping and household-support position.However the client has children so we they looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around kids and is comfortable helping with them when needed.

1. Excellent housekeeping skills
Our biggest priority is finding someone who is an excellent housekeeper and takes pride in keeping a home clean organized and well maintained. We are looking for someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without always needing to be asked.

2. Driving
A valid drivers license and a good safe driving record are required. The person should be comfortable driving our children to and from school after-school activities playdates appointments etc.

3. Cooking & meal preparation
they would love someone who is comfortable preparing family meals doing basic meal prep and helping with the kitchen and food-related household tasks.

4. Communication
Fluent English is not required as long as you can communicate effectively with us about schedules household needs the children and anything else important.

5. Dog walking
There is a 12-pound 10-year-old Cavapooin the home who is very easygoing. She is not aggressive loud or rough and is easy to care for. They would need occasional/regular walks as part of the job.

6. Reliability & trustworthiness
This is extremely important to the client. They are looking for someone who is:

• Punctual
• Dependable
• Responsible
• Honest
• Trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently in our home
• Someone they can feel completely comfortable having around our children and in our home

7. Flexibility very important
The schedule can change depending on the childrens activities school schedules travel and other family needs.

They are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to adjust their hours when needed. We especially value someone who can occasionally stay an extra hour or two when something unexpected comes up.

They would also ideally like someone who is sometimes available on Sundays for a few hours although this would not be a deal breaker if Sunday availability isnt possible every time.

8. Helping with the children
Again this is not a nanny position but they need someone who genuinely likes children and is comfortable helping with them when needed.

MondayThursday: 11:30 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

Compensation: $35/hour

Occasional additional hours may be needed depending on our schedule. We would ideally like someone who is willing to stay an extra 12 hours when necessary with advance notice whenever possible.

Occasional Sunday hours would also be a big plus but are not required every week.

The ideal candidate is someone who is an excellent housekeeper first but who can also help with cooking driving the dog and the children when needed. Most importantly we want someone who is dependable proactive flexible and trustworthy and who will become a reliable part of our household.

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position not just temporary work.
