Ourisman Chantilly KIAis seeking an experienced KIAMaster Technician or Hyundai Master Technician to join our high-volume state-of-the-art service center. With 26 service bays and one of the busiest KIAservice operations in Virginia Maryland and the entire Mid-Atlantic region we have plenty of work and excellent earning potential for skilled master-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on KIAand Hyundai vehicles (engine transmission electrical HVAC hybrid/EV systems etc.)
• Use GDS or equivalent diagnostic software to accurately diagnose and repair complex issues
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction (CSI) standards
• Mentor and support less-experienced technicians when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Kia Master Technician certification OR Hyundai Master Technician certification strongly preferred
• ASE Master Technician certification is a plus
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a Master-level technician in a dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic skills especially in electrical drivability and complex systems
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty and diagnostic tools provided by the dealership)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume shop
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
