What Youll Do:
As a Detention Counselor you will work alongside the juvenile justice system including courts police and service providers to maintain a safe secure environment for youth. Your work will be essential to a 24/7/365 operation helping adolescents in temporary care navigate challenges and find a path forward.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 60 college credits required.
- Preferred experience in juvenile justice congregate care or youth-focused roles.
- Ability to pass a company-paid physical and obtain required clearances.

Training Details:
Our new hires participate in a two-week daylight paid training program. Once training and clearances are complete you will transition to our Highland Detention facility in Allegheny County with travel costs covered during this period. At this point you will be added into the rotating shifts.
