If youre an experienced hospitality professional with all-rounder skills such as F&B Service Housekeeping Commercial Cleaning or Bar and Retail who enjoys mentoring others this is a unique opportunity to transition into a training career. Youll use your frontline experience to coach develop and support our operational teams while working from our Perth-based training facility.

THE POSITION

• Deliver practical training and competency assessments to Utility and Attendant employees
• Coach and develop team members across housekeeping commercial cleaning catering retail barista and hospitality operations
• Promote and champion Compass Groups strong safety culture and training standards
• Support onboarding programs Academy activities functions and events
• Maintain training records and prepare reports for operational leaders
• Assist in creating a positive engaging and inclusive learning environment

THE PERSON

• 3 years previous experience in a range of Utility Housekeeping Commercial Cleaning Catering or F&B Hospitality environments
• Experience coaching mentoring or training team members on the job
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups
• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office 365
• Passion for developing people and maintaining high service standards
• Commitment to workplace health safety and food safety practices
• RSA First Aid Current and Barista Skills highly desirable
