The Junior Swim Instructor is an entry-level role designed for individuals interested in learning how to teach swim this position you will train alongside experienced instructors assist with class activities and help ensure a safe positive environment for all participants. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing teaching and water safety skills. Assist lead instructors during swim lessons with instruction organization and participant support
Help set up and clean up equipment before and after lessons
Provide encouragement and basic guidance to swimmers under instructor supervision
Observe and learn teaching techniques class management and water safety skills
Support swimmer safety by following all pool rules and emergency procedures
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions including with participants families and staff
Maintain a positive approachable and energetic attitude.

Minimum qualifications:
- Must be at least 14 years of age
