Role Overview

We are seeking motivated recent graduates and entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Agile project management team. Candidates should have an interest in Agile methodologies Scrum practices team collaboration project coordination and continuous improvement.

This opportunity provides practical exposure to Scrum frameworks Agile methodologies sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews retrospectives Jira Confluence and project management tools while working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in facilitating daily Scrum meetings and team discussions.
Support sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospective meetings.
Help teams follow Agile and Scrum practices.
Track sprint progress and update project status using Jira.
Coordinate with Product Owners developers and QA teams.
Identify and communicate project blockers and challenges.
Assist in maintaining sprint boards and Agile documentation.
Support backlog refinement and task prioritization.
Encourage team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Prepare project updates and maintain Scrum-related documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and sprint management.
Familiarity with Jira Confluence or similar project management tools.
Understanding of product backlogs user stories and sprint boards.
Basic knowledge of project coordination and team collaboration.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn Agile practices and project management tools.
