Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of Senior Schedulers and Project Schedulers to provide construction schedule review comments for contractor-generated baseline schedules and monthly schedule updates using LAUSD review templates.
Assistthe scheduling team in creating and populating schedule-related reports in Excel and Primavera P6 software.
Create Earned Value Curves based on LAUSD EVA template guidelines.
Perform QA/QC on contractorsschedulesubmittals for conformance with contract scope and requirements.
Analyze schedules for proper use of program-level standard codes layouts and reports necessary tomaintaindata integrity.
Perform QA/QC on P6 program schedules andvalidatelogic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project types.
Update the master program schedule with as-built start and finish dates while coordinating input from Facilities teams on projected and forecasted sequential start and finish dates.
Qualifications:
One (1) year of full-time paid professional experience responsible forscheduling foran owner or general contractor preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university in engineering architecture or construction management.
Proficiencyin the latest version of Primavera P6 specifically P6 v19 and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships with project teams and department staff.
Superior organizational and planning skills.
Compensation:
Salary range: $90000 to $110000/yearly (dependent on years of experience competency travel requirements)
