• 3 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service (more is a plus; entry-level licensed candidates encouraged)
• Must hold a valid Washington State PL02 (Residential Plumber) certification or better
• Current and valid drivers license required
• Eagerness to learn and grow in residential service work including troubleshooting repairs and basic customer interactions
• Strong work ethic reliability and positive attitude

• Perform residential plumbing service calls including diagnostics repairs and installations (with guidance as needed during onboarding)
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace common residential items such as faucets toilets water heaters garbage disposals drain lines and water filtration systems
• Handle both scheduled maintenance visits and urgent/emergency service requests
• Primarily focus (about 90%) on single-family home assignments with occasional multi-family or similar projects
• Develop skills in professional customer communication and efficient job completion
