This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR or recruiting career who wants handson experience in a missiondriven : Part TimeSchedule: Mon- Fri 8:30-2Pay: The pay for this position is $22 to $22.00 per Youll DoPerform key administrative recruiting tasksScreen applications and conduct initial phone screensCoordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managersPerform reference checks and assist with offer letters and preemployment stepsMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATSCreate flyers and recruitment materialsAssist with job fairs hiring events and onboarding activitiesWhat Were Looking For1 year of HR recruiting or administrative support experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple tasks and know when to seek guidanceExperience with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
