Location: Scottsdale AZ
Schedule: MondayFriday Hybrid 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Junior Project Manager supports the planning coordination and successful delivery of healthcare technology and software development initiatives. Working closely with Product Engineering Data Clinical and Operations teams this role helps manage project timelines communications documentation and implementation activities within a hybrid Agile and traditional project management environment.


Key Responsibilities


Project Coordination

  • Coordinate project plans schedules milestones deliverables and dependencies.
  • Maintain project documentation meeting notes action items and status reports.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects while monitoring timelines and priorities.

Agile Delivery Support

  • Collaborate with Product Engineering QA and Data teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress using Jira Azure DevOps Confluence or similar project management tools.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate communication between technical operational and clinical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide project updates to leadership.
  • Escalate project risks issues and dependencies as needed.

Software Implementation & Enablement

  • Support implementation of healthcare applications workflows and technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate user training adoption and change management activities.
  • Gather user feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to Product and Development teams.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare dashboards project metrics and leadership reports.
  • Assist with resource planning capacity tracking and project governance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Information Systems Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 24 years of project coordination project management software implementation or operations experience.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and software development environments.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Confluence Asana or Microsoft Planner.
  • Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
  • Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare digital health or healthcare technology.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with Product Engineering Data or Clinical Operations teams.
  • CAPM Scrum Master (CSM) or interest in pursuing project management certifications.
  • Familiarity with reporting dashboards and project metrics.
