Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to join our Commercial IT PMO this role you will support the planning execution and delivery of strategic technology initiatives that drive our Master Data (MDM) CRM & Sales engagement.
As a Junior PM you will work closely with senior project managers business analysts cross-functional commercial teams and external IT vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring IT project manager to gain hands-on experience in a highly regulated fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Tracking
Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules tracking milestones using tools like MS Project Jira SmartSheet or Asana.
Monitor daily project tasks and ensure project team members are meeting their respective deadlines.
2. Governance Documentation & Compliance
Maintain the RAID Log (Risks Assumptions Issues and Dependencies) and escalate critical issues to the Senior PM as necessary.
Organize schedule and facilitate project team meetings; draft and distribute comprehensive meeting agendas and minutes.
3. Commercial Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as a central liaison between Commercial business units (Marketing Sales Market Access) and technical build teams.
Coordinate deliverables with external SaaS vendors digital agencies and software development teams.
Assist in managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase by coordinating business testers and compiling feedback.
Cross-functional team coordination and coordination with the Global Team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in project coordination business analysis or IT support-ideally within the healthcare biotech or pharmaceutical sector.
Pharma Commercial Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with tools like MDM Veeva CRM / Salesforce Adobe Experience Cloud or data platforms like Veeva PromoMats is a huge plus.
Methodologies: Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills strong written and verbal communication and the ability to navigate shifting priorities in a corporate landscape.
Certifications (Optional but a plus): CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or Prince2 Foundation.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
