Junior Project Manager

• Lead and manage delivery activities across one or more federal task orders ensuring projects remain on schedule within scope and aligned with customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned deliverables coordinating efforts across internal teams stakeholders and federal customers.
• Support strategic business process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency compliance and delivery effectiveness.
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of project schedules cost frameworks status reporting and documentation for current and future federal programs.
• Collaborate closely with the Deliverables Manager Program Leads and cross-functional teams to define project scope timelines resource requirements and deliverable expectations.
• Develop and maintain ad hoc reports dashboards and tracking documentation to support internal reviews and ensure federal compliance requirements are met.
• Monitor project risks identify potential issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies to support successful program execution.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders leadership and project teams to ensure transparency accountability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices across program management operations.

• Bachelors degree required; degree in Business Project Management Public Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management program management or business operations support.
• Understanding project and program management principles methodologies and industry best practices.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts task orders or compliance-driven environments preferred.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite project tracking tools and reporting platforms.

• PMP CAPM Scrum Master or other project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with federal compliance reporting and contract deliverable management.
• Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies
