Junior Project Consultant (In-Home Sales)

This is not an entry-level customer service role and not a 95 job.

This position is for individuals who are coachable resilient and serious about building a career in sales. The work is demanding. The learning curve is steep. The income is performance-based.

As a Junior Project Consultant you will be extensively trained to succeed in a one-call-close in-home sales environment. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and leadership while developing the skills required to perform at a high level.

You can expect:

You will run 13 appointments per day depending on readiness and performance.

• Learn and deliver in-home sales presentations
  

• Shadow and progressively lead appointments
  

• Travel throughout New Jersey to customer homes
  

• Develop objection-handling closing and consultative selling skills
  

• Attend weekly training role-play and development sessions
  
• Build emotional discipline confidence and professional maturity
  

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  

• Strong communication skills and professional presence
  

• High coachability and openness to feedback
  

• Comfort with commission-only compensation
  

• Straight commission with uncapped earning potential

• Expected first-year earnings: $75000$125000
