Alexandria Insights (AI) is looking for qualified and experienced Junior Program Analysts to support Marine Corps Systems Command Quantico VA. Duties / responsibilities include:
Under supervision support the team members and the customers with acquisition program lifecycle activities.
Develop and maintain program schedules in MS Project.
Assist with the development of acquisition documentation and reports.
Coordinate and participate in meetings to include preparing agendas and capturing minutes.
Prepare presentations and other supporting materials.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education professional training or work experience.
0-2 years of related acquisition management experience for a government contractor or related military experience.
Eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
Excellent writing skills required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications particularly with Word PowerPoint and Project
OnePager Pro experience preferred but not required.
Effective organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Familiarity with the Naval Correspondence Manual preferred.
Salary Range - $50000.00-$80000.00
