Junior Program Analyst

• Under supervision support the team members and the customers with acquisition program lifecycle activities.
• Develop and maintain program schedules in MS Project.
• Assist with the development of acquisition documentation and reports.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings to include preparing agendas and capturing minutes.
• Prepare presentations and other supporting materials.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education professional training or work experience.
• 0-2 years of related acquisition management experience for a government contractor or related military experience.
• Eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
• Excellent writing skills required.

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications particularly with Word PowerPoint and Project
• OnePager Pro experience preferred but not required.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Naval Correspondence Manual preferred.
