Together we are Building A Better the Role:The Junior Production Supervisor will support daily manufacturing operations with a focus onsafety quality production employee development process readiness and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring close collaboration with Production Manufacturing Engineering Quality Maintenance and other cross-functional ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background previous leadership or team-lead experience and the ability to coach employees while supporting production processes and improvement :2nd ShiftSchedule:MondayFriday 2:00 PM10:15 PM; Saturday 3:00 PM12:05 AMWhat You Need To Be Successful:Support daily production operations and production station readiness and process validation pilot builds and engineering Team Leaders and Team Members using TWI employee development through the Versatility process verification and station standardized work and manufacturing PFMEA/RPFMEA 5S and autonomous maintenance line balancing and production flow in Kaizen and continuous improvement ergonomic and safety and resolve production issues through root-cause with Engineering and Quality on process Points If You Have:3 years of manufacturing/production Team Lead or supervisory experience or high-volume manufacturing experience understanding of assembly processes and production of PFMEA and quality with standardized work and process problem-solving and root-cause analysis communication leadership and organizational to work effectively in a fast-paced production to coach train and motivate production :High School diplomaTravel:Travel Required: minimumWhat We Offer:We believe our employees are our greatest investment which is why we offer a competitive total rewards package designed to support you at every stage of your career and life.
