This role supports the administration maintenance security and performance of the organizations technology infrastructure. The Junior Network Administrator assists with cloud services endpoint management network operations cybersecurity initiatives enterprise applications and technical support while gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of IT systems and Youll Bring:Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous troubleshooting and problem-solving organizational skills and attention to to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced verbal and written communication to work collaboratively with technical teams vendors and end service mindset when supporting staff and resolving technical in cloud technologies cybersecurity networking and infrastructure to document processes procedures and technical solutions Youll Have:Associate Degree in Information Technology Computer Information Systems Computer Science Networking Cybersecurity or a related field Degree knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and endpoint with Microsoft 365 Intune Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and cloud-based of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPNs switching and wireless knowledge of cybersecurity principles endpoint protection and access supporting computer hardware software and business applications certifications such as Microsoft Fundamentals CompTIA Network CompTIA Security Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or related certifications preferred but not required.A Typical Day May Include:Assisting with administration and support of Microsoft 365 Intune Entra ID Azure Arc and related cloud and maintaining endpoint management systems including device enrollment compliance software deployment and configuration configuring and supporting Windows computers laptops mobile devices and peripheral Active Directory Group Policy identity management and access control with Windows Server administration virtualization platforms and infrastructure in patch management firmware updates vulnerability remediation and cybersecurity firewalls switches wireless networks VPN connectivity and network security with backup disaster recovery and business continuity hardware software network cloud and system performance network performance connectivity alerts outages and security Level 2 and Level 3 support for endpoint connectivity and access-related enterprise business applications and cloud-based in infrastructure modernization projects cloud migrations and technology with Help Desk staff system administrators network administrators vendors and project teams to resolve technical with cybersecurity monitoring endpoint protection access reviews and compliance end-user guidance related to network access device connectivity remote access and technology current with emerging technologies cybersecurity trends and industry best practices.
