Junior Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Motion Designer to join our team. As a Junior Motion Designer you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create engaging and dynamic visual content for our online training courses and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphics and animations

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for online training courses and marketing materials

- Utilize industry-standard software such as After Effects Premiere Pro and Illustrator to create visually appealing and engaging content

- Edit and manipulate existing video and audio assets to create cohesive and impactful videos

- Work within project timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content

- Assist with other design tasks as needed such as creating graphics for social media and email marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Motion Design Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in motion design or animation

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically After Effects Premiere Pro and Illustrator

- Strong understanding of design principles and storytelling

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

- Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
