Junior & Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate Muliple locations

Our client is seeking Junior and Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associates to join its nationally recognized patent litigation practice. Silicon Valley New York Washington D.C. Seattle San Francisco or Santa Monica

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support all phases of patent litigation matters in federal courts

- Draft motions briefs pleadings and legal memoranda

- Conduct legal research and case analysis

- Participate in discovery depositions hearings and trial preparation

- Support claim construction and patent validity analysis

- Assist with post-grant proceedings before the Patent Office

- Support disputes involving software hardware AI semiconductor biotech pharma and life sciences

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-6 years of patent litigation experience

- Experience supporting patent litigation matters in federal court

- Strong legal research and writing skills

- Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills

- Exceptional academic credentials

- JD required

- Active Bar membership or eligibility to sit/waive into the applicable state bar

- Technology or life sciences background preferred
