Leveraging AI-powered marketing tools youll develop engaging campaigns optimize digital content and ensure our brand remains a trusted staffing partner in todays competitive hiring landscape.

Bilingual Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Plan execute and optimize bilingual digital marketing campaigns that promote Our Companys recruitment services across multiple digital platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics and continuously improve engagement lead generation and return on investment.

Content Marketing & Social Media Management

• Create schedule and manage engaging bilingual content across LinkedIn Facebook Instagram WeChat and other relevant social media channels.

• Utilize AI-assisted marketing tools to produce professional high-quality content while maintaining consistent brand messaging and cultural relevance.

• Support employer branding initiatives that increase awareness among clients candidates and industry professionals.

Recruitment Marketing & Client Support

• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to promote open positions hiring campaigns and recruitment events.

• Assist clients in enhancing their employer brand and digital recruitment presence through optimized online marketing strategies.

• Improve visibility across search engines job boards and AI-powered search platforms using SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices.

Marketing Quality Assurance

• Review edit and refine AI-generated marketing content to ensure accuracy professionalism brand consistency and cultural appropriateness.

• Maintain high editorial standards across all digital communications and promotional materials.

Performance Analysis

• Track marketing KPIs website traffic candidate engagement and campaign effectiveness.

• Prepare reports and recommend improvements based on marketing data and performance insights.

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading writing speaking and typing).

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Digital Media or a related field preferred.

• Experience with digital marketing recruitment marketing staffing or employer branding is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of SEO AEO social media marketing content strategy and digital advertising.

• Experience using generative AI tools for content creation research image generation and workflow automation.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics social media analytics and digital marketing performance metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
