Junior Level Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Level Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of branding and marketing concepts. As a Junior Level Graphic Designer you will work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for various projects.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for various projects

- Design and create marketing materials such as brochures flyers social media graphics and other promotional materials

- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity and style guidelines

- Create and edit graphics and images for use on our website and social media platforms

- Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Take direction and feedback from senior designers and incorporate it into designs

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles and branding

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation

- Experience with web design and social media graphics is a plus
