Role Brief: Brillio is building a legal function that operates as a business enabler. This role is designed for an early-career lawyer who wants to work directly with business teams on contracts deals and decisions.
Description
What you will do
Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs MSAs SOWs vendor agreements)
Partner with sales finance and delivery teams on deal execution
Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes
Build and improve templates clause libraries and playbooks
Support compliance areas (data privacy employment cross-border basics)
Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization speed simplification)
What we are looking for
02 years experience in corporate law (contracts-focused)
Graduate from a top-tier law school
Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles
Strong structured thinking and communication clarity
Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
A qualified lawyer
Willingness to work out of office
Good to have
Experience in corporate law firms or in-house teams
Exposure to technology consulting or startup environments
Familiarity with cross-border contracts / global work
