Vibrint is seeking a dependable and motivated Junior ISR Logistics and Lab Support Assistant to support our Inside Sales warehouse and lab operations. This entry-level position is approximately 60% inside sales support 30% warehouse support and 10% lab support.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in building a career with a growing technology company. Previous technology experience is helpful but not required-we are looking for someone who communicates professionally learns quickly and is ready to contribute wherever needed.
- Enter customer product and pricing information into company software to generate accurate quotes.
- Assist Inside Sales managers with quotes orders recordkeeping and customer requests.
- Communicate professionally with customers original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) vendors and suppliers.
- Complete hands-on OEM training and maintain applicable manufacturer certifications.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other business applications to organize and track information.
- Provide backup support to the Inside Sales manager when needed.
- Receive equipment and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect incoming equipment for damage missing items or other discrepancies.
- Repackage barcode label shrink-wrap and band equipment for customer delivery.
- Move and organize equipment and boxes weighing up to 50-70 pounds.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with couriers and shipping providers.
- Assist the warehouse manager with daily operations and provide backup coverage as needed.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse.
- Assist with equipment staging organization labeling and inventory.
- Support basic lab activities as directed by managers and technical team members.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe lab environment.
- Bachelors degree in information technology business supply chain logistics or a related field; or at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional email etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Ability to learn new technology products and software quickly.
- Dependable organized team-oriented and comfortable balancing office and hands-on responsibilities.
- Experience in technology inside sales customer service logistics shipping and receiving inventory or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to regularly lift and move equipment or boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally handle items weighing up to 70 pounds using appropriate equipment or team-lifting practices.
- Ability to stand walk bend reach and safely operate packaging equipment after training.
