Junior High Assistant Track and Field Coach

Conestoga Valley School District is seeking a motivated and knowledgeableJunior High Assistant Track and Field Coachto support the Head Coach in all aspects of the junior high school track and field program.

The successful candidate will assist in planning and conducting practices supporting meet-day preparation and strategy mentoring student-athletes and helping guide the team through a competitive and character-building season. A strong commitment to teamwork sportsmanship and the development of both athletic and life skills in student-athletes is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience coaching track and field at the high school or junior high level
• Strong knowledge of track and field fundamentals meet strategies and team management
• Ability to effectively mentor and support student-athletes
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive inclusive and growth-oriented team culture
• Alignment with the goals and values of the CV track and field program
